The performance program has been developed to elevate levels of expectation,
reinforce high performance, and correlate the payout to an acceptable percent
of the incremental increase.

  • The performance program is based on collecting points, similar to
    collecting frequent flyer miles.
  • Points will be awarded for pre-defined categories (criteria).
  • Points may be redeemed at any time from the program rewards
    catalog.
  • Program communications and training will be created to help
    introduce the program and keep ongoing interest throughout
    the life of the program.
  • Program analysis will be provided to make sure the program
    is working in conjunction with the plan.
